It's not possible to add projects with the POM on a HTTP server when behind a proxy
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CONTINUUM-2128
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-2128
             Project: Continuum
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.2.3
            Reporter: Bruno Duarte
            Priority: Critical

There seems to be able to add HTTP proxy configuration to the continuum.xml. However, this
is ignored by continuum and commons-httpclient is not configured with the HTTP(S) proxy.

The results in users not being able to add projects that are served by an HTTP webserver and
as consequence not being able to add multi-module projects.
