Some projects produce a huge amount of output messages, mostly due to excessive logging during test case runs.

After a while continuum becomes very slow and eventually gets an OutOfMemory error.  Frequently bouncing is a temporary work around.

Note, that we can't control the log settings of every project that is in continuum.  Continuum should be able to handle this.
