I sometimes find myself wanting to do a build NOW but only if the SCM contains changes.  In such cases I am about to deploy to a server, I don't want to wait until the next scheduled build, I don't really want to force an unnecessary build, but I cannot be certain that nothing has been committed since the last scheduled check of SCM.

Could another icon be added next to "build now" with action "build if necessary" ?
