There has been no activity on this project for several months[1][2], and =
no report filed this month[3]. At this point, it seems to me that the =
chances of Concerted turning into a successful project are near zero. In =
my opinion, we should terminate the project.

What do others think?

a few days, depending on the results of the discussion.)
