Yes.

JMeter is one such.

It's possible that others use it, given that all sites are supposed to
include a link to Apachecon.
Google search might be of use here.

Many websites (e.g. Commons and HC) rely on the following being maintained:

http://www.apache.org/events/current-event.html
http://www.apache.org/events/current-event-125x125.png
and/or
http://www.apache.org/events/current-event-234x60.png
