I can go ahead and cover the Wednesday lunch and PM breaks - let me know if thats good. I,
too, am a rookie at booth coverage, but happy to help. I will also pop in from time to time
and hang out if the booth looks lonely.

P.S.
Is it safe to assume there are no special qualifications needed for an individual to help?

Hey, my darling ASF Family!
I hope this email finds you well! Unfortunately, I am unable to attend ACNA'16 due to personal
(medical) reasons.  As such, I am seeking volunteers to take over my booth duties.
Sunday, May 8th:  Booth Set-Up Hours: 6:00 – 9:00 pm   
   - I will need someone to set up the booth

Booth coverage, as below:
Monday, May 9: 
8:00am - 4:10pm; 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Breakfast: 8:00am - 9:00am
AM Break: 10:20am - 10:40am
Lunch: 12:30pm - 2:00pm (ON OWN)
PM Break: 3:50pm - 4:10pm
Booth Crawl: 6:00 - 7:30pm 
 
Tuesday, May 10:  
8:00am - 4:30pm
Breakfast: 8:00am - 9:00am
AM Break: 10:50am - 11:20am
Lunch: 12:10pm - 2:00pm (ON OWN)
PM Break: 3:50pm - 4:30pm

Wednesday, May 11: 
8:00am - 4:10pm
Breakfast: 8:00am - 9:00am
AM Break: 10:15am - 10:40am
Lunch: 12:30pm - 2:00pm (ONSITE)
PM Break: 3:50pm - 4:10pm Thursday, May 12:  
8:00am - 4:40pm; 5:30pm-7:00pm
Breakfast: 8:00am- 9:00am
AM Break:10:50am - 11:15am
Lunch: 1:05pm- 2:30pm (ON OWN)
PM Break: 4:20pm- 4:40pm
Booth Crawl: 5:30pm- 7:00pm

Booth Tear-Down: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
