Ram

Hi Maxim
Thanks for the reply.

I infact sent a mail to the Phoenix PMC and got myself ACK and I have that mail with me. But
I have not received any other mail from you and even the last mail that Uli mentioned that
you had replied to my first mail to dev@.

I also checked for the Activation mail and I can’t find any.
The first mail that I received from you is the below mail. Sorry for the inconvenience and
I really appreciate your help here.

Regards
Ram

Hello James,

mentor inviting process requires following steps
1) mentor sends email to dev@ and mentors@ asking for ACK him and providing email address
he/she would like to get invitation
2) PMC member(s) sends ACK
3) org admin sends invitation

this is what I need to send invitation :)

since you are member of Phoenix PMC, I'll read your last email as "ACK email"

Additionally according to my records invitation to "ramkrishna.s.vasudevan@intel.com<mailto:ramkrishna.s.vasudevan@intel.com>"
was sent but was not activated

Ram, could you check your mail box including spam and trash folders?

Ram would become the primary mentor for an already accepted proposal. The
current mentor would become the backup mentor. The primary reason is that
Ram is on the Phoenix PMC and has the knowledge necessary to help make the
GSoC student successful. The current mentor, though familiar with Apache
procedures through other projects, doesn't have the same level of in depth
Phoenix knowledge, but he can certainly help.

Thanks,
James
