As the liaison to The Linux Foundation, who does ot ApacheCon events in Eu
and NA, I'd ask do you want to do this under that arrangement or do you
want to do this differently?  Angela is willing, but our contract doesn't
require it, since Africa is not explicitly covered.

By the way, yes, I'm absolutely behind doing this, either in SA or Kenya.
