This may be a really silly question, but... is there any way to abstract
this out for other projects that are using Apache CMS? I've been working
on the Apache CloudStack site (poorly) and would love it if I could get
the top navigation working properly (I will be looking over your work
here). 

But even better - it might be nice if Bootstrap + such were already part
of Apache CMS when new projects check it out and start on a site.
