I gave it a quick look over.  Didn't see any errors, though I have a couple
bikeshed color suggestions.  :)

    The Members of the ASF are similar to stockholders; they elect new Members
    and may vote for Directors.  Read about the ASF Membership.

How about just linking "Members" instead of tacking on the linked phrase "Read
about the ASF Membership"?  Ditto with "Read about the Board of Directors" and
both instances of "Read about PMCs".

Also, this is an "action-at-a-distance" bug waiting to happen:

   At the moment, each of the contractors we hire are all also ASF Members.

... meaning, when we hire a contractor who is not an ASF Member, no one will
know that this page must be updated and it will become wrong.

Aside from that, LGTM!
