Eyal Allweil commented on COMDEV-225:
-------------------------------------

So - disclaimer - I don't know Lua at all. But I took a quick look at the code anyway. I'm
guessing that this is the function that populates the project list, and the whimsy site called
used to provide incubator projects, but doesn't anymore, and that's why they no longer appear.

{code:JavaScript}
populateAdminForm = function() {
  return fetch('https://whimsy.apache.org/public/public_ldap_committees.json', false, reallyPopulate);
};
{code}

I hope this can help someone figure out how to solve this.

> https://helpwanted.apache.org/admin/ has drop-down for Project, which has two sections:
TLPs and Non-TLPs. The TLPs includes incubator, but none of the incubating projects. The Non-TLPs
section is empty.
> Can the incubating projects be added to the Non-TLPs section? I'd like to use it to seek
new contributors for Impala, which is still incubating (not graduated to a TLP yet) and the
IMPALA tickets for new contributors, https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?filter=12341668.
