--------------------------------------------------------

Note that the site/json/projects files are all recreated daily, so do not need to be stored
in a VCS.

[Later] it seems that there is a function to create projects files from the (disabled) save.py
script.
However if the file is one of the ones recreated by the cronjobs, the data would probably
be lost anyway.

> Most of the files under https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/site/json
are derived from other data that is stored in SVN and can be readily recreated. There seems
little point in storing the derived data in SVN again.
> However, some of the files contain information that is derived from dynamic sources that
are not part of a VCS; these must be kept in SVN because it is not possible to recreate them
fully.
> Such files include:
> accounts-evolution.json - this is derived from changes to LDAP which are not journalled
anywhere AFAIK.
> [That may be all; to be confirmed]
