I switch to iso-8859-1 and now everything works fine thanks for the help 

btw i use 
            <dependency>
				<groupId>commons-net</groupId>
				<artifactId>commons-net</artifactId>
				<version>3.4</version>
			</dependency>

Nor have you specified which Commons component you are using.

There are at least two that can be used to send e-mails.
