Yes, I did and your fix looks good to me, it is preserving compatibility
with current behaviour of browsers which is a must and at the same time
supporting the rfc2047 encoding method, now I'll take a look to the
JavaMail API to check conformance to the rfc2047 when I have some time,
great work
