Thanks for your answer. But I have more questions now :)

1. There are many other ILP solvers available e.g. LP_SOLVE, GNU LP Kit, the
one you told, etc. Can you please suggest which one to use and which one not
based on
   a) Stability
   b) Efficiency
   c) Acceptance by Users.

Can you please suggest?
