Hi!

org.apache.commons.vfs.provider.local.DefaultLocalFileProvider is a class in vfs core.

For me it seems there is something wrong with your vfs core jar. Please check if the class
is in there.

Did you build the jar by yourself? Probably something went wrong during the build process.
