Sure. If you intend to use <invoke> you will need to author an
appropriate Invoker. See the Commons SCXML user guide [1] for general
information and the invoke package Javadocs [2] for specifics.

Ofcourse, there is the W3C WD [3] for the background on the <invoke>
lifecycle etc.
