I dont know of a "Commons" SQL parser but a quick glimpse in google gave me
the following:

1)

2) http://www.experlog.com/gibello/zql/

3) http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~jglu/sql4j/index.htm

The most fun alternative is to use javaCC (https://javacc.dev.java.net/) and
create your own grammar spec.
