just a note for the archives...

i found a solution...

it appears that flash makes two posts if the file is bigger than 10kb just to make sure that
the server is valid (???you got me???) anyhow, i resolved it with one line of code in my Java
if(request.getContentLength() == 0){

you get the gist....
