Also checked with MSV like this:

E:\mylaunchpath>java -jar %MSV_HOME%\msv.jar -warning -strict 
myschemapath\foo.xsd foo_instance.xml

...and imported schemas are resolved relatively to myschemapath/ (not to 
the program launch path).
