True, but you could always play games like 

	foo => bar,quux,baz or 
	foo => Array[ bar, quux, baz ]

I map is very convenient, and I don't really see why you would want to
pass multiple values for a single key, a-la 

	foo=bar&foo=bar&foo=bar
