You can, of course, see what you get, e.g. in my case,

    file name = jakarta-servicev.log
    file size = 0
    file content type = application/octet-stream
    file bin type = 1
    file bin info = C:\uploads

However, if you send a file that really exists but is empty, you still get,


    file name = jakarta-service.log
    file size = 0
    file content type = application/octet-stream
    file bin type = 1
    file bin info = C:\uploads
