Where can I grab the .jar file to install manually? According to Sun's 
site at http://java.sun.com/j2se/javadoc/faq/#findjavadoc :

Javadoc tool* - Included in the Java^TM development kits. You can obtain 
the Javadoc tool by downloading the relevant JDK or SDK -- this is the 
only way to obtain the Javadoc tool:
