Commons-Pool provides a generic object pooling interface, a toolkit for creating modular object pools, and several general purpose pool implementations. More info: http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/pool/ No new features were added since the 1.2 release on 20 October 2003. This maintenance release is needed for DBCP v1.2.
