I would like to use the commons-el package in my Tomcat application, but I
have not been able to find any information anywhere on what one has to do to
get it setup correctly. All example uses of EL seem quite straight forward,
but nothing seems to work. What do I need to do? What do I need to check? Is
there a FAQ on this somewhere? Why are there no installation notes in either
the EL binary or source distributions?

Any help would be much appreciated!
