Subject [VFS] Overcome equivalent folder creation for new files
Date Thu, 25 Mar 2004 09:49:38 GMT
Hi Folks,

I'm using VFS for a local file system.

Whenever I want to to write content to a new FileObject created with
resolveFile(...) VFS creates a equivalent wrapping folder. So my question is
how do I overcome this behavior. Is this possible?

Here my code:

WritableByteChannel outChannel = null;

FileObject file = contextShare.resolveFile(name);
FileContent content = file.getContent();

outChannel = Channels.newChannel(content.getOutputStream());
.
.
.

Thx
Toby
