I guess I should say how to use it :)

After you unpack zip under webapps, you should have a webapps\uploadfile
dir.

Then start tomcat and browse to: 

http://localhost:8080/uploadfile

there will be an html page that will allow you to select a file from your
machine.

Then, hit submit. The file will be uploaded and placed in the
"C:\\temp\\uploaded_files".
