Hello,

can anybody confirm that the current maven and/or certain projects 
and/or ibiblio are completely out of sync? I just updated my maven and 
built it from scratch, and then reran the build for JXPath. The build is 
trying to download jar files from a "requireds" directory on ibiblio, 
which does not exist.

My maven.log files are full of NumberFormatExceptions from within Jelly
