Is anyone else seeing this same error? I emailed the lead developer of XMLUnit, and he said
it was due to a difference between JUnit 3.7 and 3.8. However, I've tried it with both, and
it still doesn't work. 

To test just change the xmlunit jellyunit suite to actually test what exception is thrown,
and not just test that any exception is throws (as I've done below).
