As far as I know we have two different syntaxes here, the one which creates arrays, like the
follows
{code}
[1,2,3]
{code}

and the other one which creates an ArrayList, like the follows
{code}
[1,2,3,...]
{code}

Syntax is similar, but since it allows for creation of different objects I think this should
be mentioned somewhere in documentation, I suggest a separate topic in Section Literals, List
Literal
