Pascal Schumacher closed LANG-1284.
-----------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix
      Assignee: Pascal Schumacher

RandomStringUtils will be deprecated in commons-lang 3.6 in favor of RandomStringGenerator
from commons-text. Please use [RandomStringGenerator|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-text/javadocs/api-release/org/apache/commons/text/RandomStringGenerator.html]
instead.

> The following code goes into an infinite loop.
> {code}
> RandomStringUtils.random(1, 0, 0, false, true, new char[]{ 'a' })
> {code}
> I know it doesn't make sense to pass letters=false and then a letter array, but a bug
in the caller's code will make him fall into this trap.
