TailerTest#testTailer testcase fails intermittently on the following assert:

        assertEquals("2 line count", 1, lines.size());


at this point "lines" contains the following 4 lines:

Line three
Line one
Line two
Line three
{code}

The actual file on disk is as-expected, 29 bytes long and contains:

{code}
Line one
Line two
Line three
{code}
