Subject [GitHub] commons-lang pull request: refactor FastDateParser

    refactor FastDateParser

    use hashmap for performance
        break down regular expressions to per-format, allowing
    ParsePosition to get set
        add parse with Calendar input, allowing client to set leniency
    and/or replace display names
