(0) Good call to deprecate.

(1) Do we need to worry about breaking the behavior of apps that catch {{IOExceptionWithCause}}
in a non-major release? 

(2) It might not even be worth reimplementing {{IOExceptionWithCause}} as a "clean" {{IOException}}.
