Adrian Crum commented on VALIDATOR-341:
---------------------------------------

I agree, an external file would be best.

So, the library will include a copy of the file - called DEFAULT_TLDS.txt or something similar,
and the TLD parser class will search the class path for a tlds-alpha-by-domain.txt file. If
it is found, that file is parsed, otherwise DEFAULT_TLDS.txt is parsed.

What do you think?

> Key: VALIDATOR-341
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VALIDATOR-341
> Project: Commons Validator

> Since the list of valid TLDs changes from time to time, it makes sense to let users configure
the list of valid TLDs.
