Luc Maisonobe resolved MATH-1132.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

The subject has been discussed at length in the past few months, and after several trials,
the current status of the code in the repository seems to be good enough.

We will settle this for now, and open a new issue if some users complain after 3.4 release.
