    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Your testcase is not using VFS lastModified but normal Java File API. Also it looks like it
will return 0 when you turn debugging on. I can also see no local specific code in getting
the lastModified time on the LocalFileSystem, therefore I close this bug. Please feel free
to reopen it, if you have more details about this problem.
