The problems are most likely related to an inconsistent cache: some files from the old site
have not been refreshed.
I had the same problems during testing the new skin. Maybe the cache settings of the site
are not properly setup, but I did not check this yet.

Anyway, after hitting Shift+Reload or clearing the cache the site looked good to me on all
tested browsers.
