It's probably not related to DST. I had Bruno Kinoshita run a test on his windows box without
DST and he had the same failure.

The problem with this bug is, that it is really hard to track down. FastDateParser uses an
array of strategies to modify a given Calendar instance. Right know I don't have any idea
were to start.

Help is appreciated :)
