I agree with that. Indeed this is a list of integers, not mathematical range.
I also confirm that my initial implementation (attached to this issue) is wrong in this respect:
should read {{if (o instanceof Integer) ...}}.
P.S. Hopefully this class will be finally included in commons-collections.
