According to
there are 2 cases when multiple App13 segments appear: one is (a) where a single IPTC block
is split into multiple segments, and the other is (b) when there are multiple independent
IPTC blocks.

This image is case (b). To write a patch for this, I also need a case (a) image so I can see
exactly how to distinguish these cases.
