I agree that Digester should have a centralized mechanism for resolving String to Class. 
Maybe we should just import lang3.ClassUtils and shade it.  There are a number of things [digester]
"redoes" from [lang]'s repertoire IMO.  But as I'm not a "regular" [digester] developer, I
don't feel strongly about either approach.
