urgh, looks like I didn't pay attention to the fact it is not possible to express more than
one {{RetentionPolicy}} in annotations, and actually is set to {{RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME}}.
An idea could be writing a "compiler" that has nothing to do with the APT...
