Attached modified version of "CMAESOptimizer" and "CMAESOptimizerTest" to take into account
the new way to handle bounds (base class "BaseAbstractSimpleBoundsScalarOptimizer" contains
the "boiler-plate" code).

Unfortunately, the changes generate many test failures...
