The back and forth chatter could be an issue. That said, I don't use any of the FTP variations myself as I'm not a huge fan of the protocol except when doing it by hand. If you look through Jira you will also see that a significant number of the issues are reported against them, which either means they are the most popular protocols or they just tend to have the most problems. I suppose adding configuration to the ConfigBuilder would be one way to handle this. I hate to ask this but is it possible you could rework the code against the current source? I could figure it out but I'm afraid I may not get it quite right. > Using VFS with Alfresco FTP does not work. > ------------------------------------------ > > Key: VFS-304 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VFS-304 > Project: Commons VFS > Issue Type: Improvement > Affects Versions: 2.0 > Environment: Alfresco 3.2r > Reporter: Tom > Attachments: FTPClientWrapper.java > > > It seems Alfresco's FTP implementation does not allow for compound paths but only works from the current directory. This requires some methods in FtpClientWrapper to be modified. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
