Hi Chris,

Thanks for the update.  I'm happy now that you've done the JAMA code.  If there is not a clear
benefit of the Jacobi method then it shouldn't be a priority.  At this point, I personally
am more interested in seeing an implementation of SVD for complex matrices, but that may not
be of relevance to many others.
