Extract inflation and deflation from bzip2 input and output streams.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: COMPRESS-134
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMPRESS-134
             Project: Commons Compress
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Bear Giles
            Priority: Minor

It is possible to compress and decompress buffers (not complete files!) using ZLIB with the
java.util.zip.Inflator and Deflator classes. It would be nice to be able to do the same with
BZLIB2 compression. (The Unix DUMP application uses it, for instance.) We already have the
logic in the bzip2 input and output streams it just needs to be pulled out into standalone
classes.
