No, I'm meaning these:

StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase(null, null)      = true
StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase(null, "abcdef")  = false
StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase("abc", null)     = false
StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase("abc", "abcdef") = true
StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase("abc", "ABCDEF") = true

That can be found in version 2.4
As I understand this is fixed in more recent version, so it's can be closed ?
