Do you mean these examples?

 StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase(null, null)      = true
 StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase(null, "abc")     = false
 StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase("abcdef", null)  = false
 StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase("abcdef", "abc") = true
 StringUtils.startsWithIgnoreCase("ABCDEF", "abc") = true

If so, what's wrong with them?
