Right, overriding generateCommandID() is enough.

About the generateCommandID() test: I meant something like when the generator sees 'ZZZZ',
it extends the tag to 'AAAAA' (5 chars now, while the initial has 4), not wraps to 'AAAA'.
This way initial.equals(s) would never be true, but we don't have to worry about that now
(when we have a fixed-size generator with a period of 26^4), because probably there won't
be any need for more tags.

Now about Enum.name(): yes, I checked the javadoc before. I can't reproduce that problem now
(seems to be working well all the time), so let's assume it's working correctly.

No more questions/issues on my side right now.
